Shipping
There are 2 shipping ways you can choose. One is standard shipping, Others are DHL express shipping. Kindly note: It will take an additional 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours once your order has been processed. You can check the tracking number in my account. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. If you haven’t received your parcel after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] You can also contact your local post office to confirm the delivery of your items.

Note: Tess has no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of your parcel during transit and at the destination requested by you.

You can return your hair extensions for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the hair is still sealed. Before return your package, please contact Tess Hair customer service. Please note: we will not accept any returns or change if you do not contact us first. Once we receive the item, you can request either a full refund, or exchange your purchase for another style. And you need to pay the return shipping fee first. If it is Tess responsibility to pay the shipping fee, we will return the money to you on credit card total the money with the hair. Credit card refunds can take between 2-14 working days. You need to notify us within 24 hours if your hair goods arrived damaged or compromised due to rough handling during shipping. Beyond this time we will assume that the goods have arrived in good condition.
