The Return & Exchange Period:

You can return your hair extensions within 30 days of purchase if the hair is still sealed. Before return your package, please contact Tess Hair customer service. Our returns procedure will ensure that all the correct steps are followed and expedite the return process. Before you return the package, we need to establish the condition of the box and whether the seal is unbroken and therefore we require photos of the box from all angles.Once we receive the item, you can request either a full refund, or exchange your purchase for another style. Credit card refunds can take between 2-14 working days. You need to notify us within 24 hours if your hair goods arrived damaged or compromised due to rough handling during shipping. Beyond this time we will assume that the goods have arrived in good condition.

Do I Have to Pay for The Shipping of My Return or Exchange?

Yes, customers need to pay first. However, if it is the seller's responsibility to pay the shipping fee, we will refund all the money include the shipping label amount.

Lost Package When Returning?

If your parcel is lost during return please contact the Tess support on [email protected] will not take responsibility for lost packages during the return shipping.
